i'm between a 16 and 18 right now so i ordered the 14/16 expecting it to fit my rib cage just fine. it didn't. it was huge. i'm guessing you'd have to be at least a size 20 for the 14/16 to even begin to fit snuggly across your ribcage. the style was nice. i like that it's a fairly simple belt with some style so it's fairly versatile. it seemed well made.
