I love these jeans but............ they probably would fit someone better that had a larger abdomen and smaller thighs. The ones that I received were 99% cotton and 1 % spandex so not much stretch. Now they are 99 % cotton so I am sure that by the end of day they will stretch without the return that spandex guarantees. I don't have much of a belly , but have larger thighs and buttocks. At the size that I ordered they fit me in the waist and abdomen great without gap in the back, and they stay up! However, the thighs are tight so much so that the crotch just misses being able to be pulled up in the right place making it difficult to sit or bend legs. Even so, I have decided to keep them. With a few pounds lost, (by that time, I will probably need a belt but maybe not thanks to the "secret slimmer"), they will be great. LOL.I do think they are stylish with a just right flare at bottom (not to wide) and length. I am going to reinforce the seams at the buttocks , and take a gamble on this pair of jeans.
